what do we have to do?

With what shall I come before the LORD and bow down before the exalted God? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old? Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I offer my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:6-8

Studying for an Old Testament exam and i found this passage in Micah. it grabbed my attention because it is still relevant today.
What can I do to get into Heaven? was the question being posed back then and it is still being posed today in various forms. burnt offerings? no, Thousands of Rams, ten thousand rivers of oil? no! sacrificing first born? No!
What does He require of us? To act Justly, Love mercy and walk Humbly with Him!
things really have not changed other than we now have the Empty tomb and a Risen Lord to walk Humbly with.
